I concur - but the role of the spreadsheet is the question?

If its for discussing fine, but it's not a document that is easy to
"work" off (which page is this, how do i recreate the error)
Maybe a second document for work in progress?

I've not tried giving a project to some one else in the admin panel -
maybe that's worth trying.
