Hi Pat
thanks for the fix to management.php - that's working now and all the other
report errors on the management side seem to be fixed  with your other
updates too which is great! Seems a nightmare that the merge caused so many
problems. :-(

I added a new sheet to the Google doc for fixed issues so that as
issues/lines are fixed they can be moved to that sheet so that we still have
a record of what was found and fixed.

I agree this isn't perfect and allowing multiple editors is always going to
result in the odd duplicate and different interpretations but not sure what
could work better e.g. not sure the google code issue tracker is right for
the more speculative issues where items are up for discussion/variable
opinion etc

We'd got one bug reported twice, and we've also got bugs (the peer
review) which we've discussed here and never had an answer for.

I think we need some forum for each bug and to limit the sheet to a number
of items - because there isn't any obvious way of working out who will do
what, and so listing a lot of bugs with no one allocated to fix them seems a
bit weird
