[Syrphidae] Tore Randulff Nielsen - in memoriam

Yes, this is sad news for this summer.

I was fortunate to work with Tore on the description of *Eristalis
fratercula* larvae some years ago. He was always kind, generous with his
knowledge, optimistic, and full of enthusiasm. Rest in peace.
