I possess just such a broadcast license with zoom for my UCB work. I can
hook up up to 100 participants, and I don't think Zoom cares where the
broadcast comes from. Happy to share.
The key is making the external visitors visible and audible to the group
gathered in Indian Wells and the members of the group visible and audible
to those on external members.
So if someone knows how to deal with that issue (maybe a mobile camera and
mic to carry around the room to those who speak?
