Jay,
Thanks for your words of support. Actually, I'm not sure that the
then-President was speaking for the entire Board when she criticized my
sending "y'all" the *IRA Update* of the February Board meeting. However,
when the censure is made in front of the entire Board, it is difficult not
to surmise that the entire Board may be involved. After the May Board
meeting, I immediately sent the present President a copy of what I had
e-mailed you. The now-President stated she saw nothing inappropriate in what
I said.
I usually send any comments/recommendations about IRA to only RHoF members
and a few others. Most RHoF members, like yourself, have devoted years to
IRA and are deeply concerned about its future.
Thanks again for your support. I'll let you know if I get a response to my
recommendations. Have a great summer. I wish I were living in Minnesota this
time of year. We have had over a week of 100 degree plus heat,
