Gay,
Board meetings are open but unless you contact Headquarters to find out the
exact time and place, it is difficult to attend. Only the date and city of
the meeting are placed on the web. In addition to posting the time and
place, I would actually like for IRA to post a sentence on the web something
like "Members are welcome to attend as observers. Please call....."
Until the May Board meeting, I assumed that communicating my observations to
interested IRA was not a "crime." Hopefully, the new Board will welcome
transparency. Take care.
