[RADIATE] proposal developments

Dear all,
I am happy to see that there are numerous contributions to the proposals coming in and the activity level is rising steadily. In order to ensure that this leads to the most effective and efficient proposal development I would like to encourage you to:

Edit the proposal document directly!!!

If you are unsure whether your edit is aligned, then use track changes. If your edit refers to your WP or your work, just edit without tracked changes. I will not second guess you anyway.

Please avoid comments, unless entirely unavoidable. If you all put comments in it, then I will end up as a single author who has to respond to 20 reviewers which I am unlikely to be able to do.

If you have any budget requests or queries, please email those to me separately.
