[RADIATE] RADIATE immediate activities

Dear consortium members,
Here is a quick summary of what needs to be done in the immediate future to get the proposal over the line:

By Friday close of business (19/09/2025)

  *   In the [?xlsx icon]  RADIATE - tasks, outputs, KPIs.xlsx<https://uniofnottm.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/RADIATE/Shared%20Documents/General/RADIATE%20-%20tasks,%20outputs,%20KPIs.xlsx?d=wbd863ae3b155424c989306d31b48554d&csf=1&web=1&e=5MfdD1>
     *   PM allocation for all tasks and subtasks (column G)
     *   Duration for all tasks 19/09/2025 (column E)
  *   Please email me any other budget requests.
  *   Please transpose the tasks and subtasks from the spreadsheet to [?docx icon]  RADIATE-Proposal.docx<https://uniofnottm.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/RADIATE/Shared%20Documents/General/RADIATE-Proposal.docx?d=waad4390cc70a4e0c98b4f790f1090c38&csf=1&web=1&e=k0JNqQ>

I will then work on the budget over the weekend, hopefully finalizing it and then work on the work package tables. By the time of our Monday meeting it should be clear what is still outstanding and we can focus on missing bits.
