[RADIATE] RADIATE: draft section 2.2

Dear all,

I have written a draft section 2.2. The dissemination and communication plan is a coherent narrative, with room to improve and cross-link with project activities. The exploitation and sustainability plan is still an open issue. Feedback most welcome on this section!

I will not be able to join this afternoon, but I am very happy to discuss and present the plan next Monday.

Some of this still needs a bit of work, but it would be great, if you have the time, if you could cast your eyes over it and see whether there is anything fundamentally wrong, inconsistent with your understanding of the project or missing, so we can note these points on Monday.
