[RADIATE] progress

Dear RADIATE consortium members,
We are getting there!

I have gone through the proposal and tried to ensure consistency across sections and flow of the narrative. We still need to lose a bit of text in section 3 but other than that length is ok.

We can welcome the latest and last partner, RAAEY, the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water. They will lead use case 4 in collaboration with ATHENA. I hope that we will have text for this by tomorrow afternoon.

I would like to close the budget now, so if you have any last minute requests, please let me know tomorrow morning.

After our final meeting tomorrow afternoon, I will remove everybody's ability to edit the proposal text. You will still be able to see it and let me know if you need any further changes. But if you would like to edit yourself, please do so before our meeting tomorrow.
