[Xerte] Customising metadata

As far as I know, the Xerte SCORM packaging just creates a zipfile with
a SCORM-compliant manifest which has nothing in it. The point (I'm ready
to be corrected) of the export is simply to produce a file which can be
imported into an environment that requires SCORM.

I would like to see a simple metadata editor in Xerte where the author
can add DC or even LOM metadata without editing XML, which is a
non-trivial exercise even for techs. An IMS package export would also be
handy. If you're going to import your package into multiple
environments/repositories (as our School does with its learning objects)
then it's a lot handier to put basic metadata into the package for the
environment to extract, rather than having to retype the same metadata
in each environment.

Just my 2 Euro's worth.
