[Xerte] Online Toolkits Username and Password

The localhost is provided by xampp? Is it running? Did you chec the
control panel? MySQL is runnign too? Or do you have some other localhost
software providing the service?

I followed the directions there, but when I go to the localhost page to
finish the installation I get a broken links error page. Alistair
McNaught sent me a link to another installation process that I am trying

I am using Xerte from Arizona State University. I would like to use
Online Toolkits, either locally or from the website. How do I get a
logon for the online interface? or How do I install it locally? I
followed the steps to download XAMPP and the Xerte Online Toolkits zip
file, but I can't get on to the localhost link that was given to
complete the installation. Any help you can give me is much appreciated.
