I followed the directions there, but when I go to the localhost page to
finish the installation I get a broken links error page. Alistair
McNaught sent me a link to another installation process that I am trying

I am using Xerte from Arizona State University. I would like to use
Online Toolkits, either locally or from the website. How do I get a
logon for the online interface? or How do I install it locally? I
followed the steps to download XAMPP and the Xerte Online Toolkits zip
file, but I can't get on to the localhost link that was given to
complete the installation. Any help you can give me is much appreciated.
