[Xerte] radio buttons

Hi,
I have a several groups of radio buttons on a page and i want to judge if the user checks the correct answer in a group and if it is corect a text to apear next to the radio button that says "correct" and if it is wrong to say that is "wrong".I want to determine what group was answered correct and what group was answered wrong.
