Do you have access to the server directory? Is a sub folder for the project
being created in the USER-FILES directory? If not check permissions on the
USER-FILES folder. If permissions are ok post back with further details.

Subject: [Xerte] Troubleshooting- Invalied template_id
We have installed Xerte on our server and set it up, but when I go to create
an object I get this error message:
Invalid template_id (could not find in DB)
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
