I replied to this with details of the cause solution but the message hasn't
yet got through and yet a subsequent message I sent has. The first reply had
example code include so that's probably whey it hasn't yet got through.

but also it looks like you should upgrade your installation anyway as I can
see it older and still has the older workspace branding so there will have
been other changes since you installed that version/revision.

Hi

 

Our Xerte installation here at UoL appears to be experiencing something odd,
the old Flash version of published content is working fine but both the
preview and published version of objects in HTML 5 has lost its menu/
navigation buttons, so all we can see is the content in the middle of the
1st item in the object. I'm wondering if there is some issue with recent
browser upgrades or more likely our installation has developed a fault
somehow in the database. Just wondering if anyone has seen this happen?
