[Xerte] Xerte OT2.0 - Shared settings - 'No one found with those details'

Hi,

We have the Xerte Online Toolkits 2.0 install and are having difficulty
when trying to share toolkits with existing local Xerte users.

When I go to Properties > Shared Settings and try to share a learning
object with a couple of colleagues I get the message 'No one found with
those details'.  These are individuals who have recently logged into Xerte.
 They get the same message when they try to share a learning object with me.

Note that this only happens with certain individuals - I can find names of
other colleagues (who have used Xerte less recently) on the system.

Any ideas?
