<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>We have the Xerte Online Toolkits 2.0 install and are having difficulty when trying to share toolkits with existing local Xerte users.</div><div><br></div><div>When I go to Properties > Shared Settings and try to share a learning object with a couple of colleagues I get the message 'No one found with those details'.  These are individuals who have recently logged into Xerte.  They get the same message when they try to share a learning object with me.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Note that this only happens with certain individuals - I can find names of other colleagues (who have used Xerte less recently) on the system.</div><div><br></div><div>Any ideas?</div><div><br></div><div>
