[Xerte] Help request - Can you see what I see?

Hi all
I'm working on a learning object for a charity I support but seem to get odd behaviour on slide 3 with the accordion navigator. I seem to get it in slightly unpredictable variants sometimes not appearing and other times disappearing when I click through tabs ot through to a different page and back.

If you get a chance to look at http://itq.jisctechdis.ac.uk/xerte/play_54 sometime I'd love to know what slide 3 is doing for you! Image below shows what it is doing for me.
