I am upgrading to 1.7 from an earlier version.  Sorry I didn't make that
clear in my original message.

I'm not sure which version I am upgrading from.  Do you know how I can
determine that?  Perhaps it doesn't matter.

Other than simply overwrite the old files, what should I do to complete
the upgrade?
