Thanks for answering Dave.

Yes it definitely seems to be connected to media weight.  Not number of
pages.

The most recent problem occurred when I added narration - that evidently
overloaded it and the file "broke".

I can't try the method you mention for checking the error because my most
recent broken file has either wiped itself clean or I did it.  I'll continue
to monitor.
