[Xerte] Installing XOT on a standalone

Ok, I've installed MYSQL Workbench but cant find a way to connect to the
appropriate database. Help!!!! Please.

I've managed to install XOT on a standalone PC using XAMP and can access
XOT from another PC using <http://10.0.0.225/xertetoolkits> MailScanner
has detected a possible fraud attempt from "10.0.0.225" claiming to be
MailScanner warning: numerical links are often malicious:
http://10.0.0.225/xertetoolkits, when i go to create a new project, a
new window appears but unable to display page as it is looking at
http://localhost/xertetoolkits/edit.php?template_id=8 is there a setting
that needs changing. I know it can be done because I have done it for
our Moodle setup but cant find where to set it for XOT.
