to install XOT on a standalone PC using XAMP and can access XOT from another PC

color=red><B>MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "10.0.0.225"
claiming to be</B></FONT> <FONT color=red><B>MailScanner warning: numerical
links are often malicious: http://10.0.0.225/xertetoolkits</A>, when i go to
create a new project, a new window appears but unable to display page as it is
looking at <A
href="http://localhost/xertetoolkits/edit.php?template_id=8">http://localhost/xertetoolkits/edit.php?template_id=8</A> is
there a setting that needs changing. I know it can be done because I have done
it for our Moodle setup but cant find where to set it for
XOT.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
