[Xerte] Custom interaction button

Oh, I see now.

Those buttons are drawn by code: see the menu page model. They don't
exist as swfs.

Basically, there's a text icon, with the label in it. Then the code
draws the button.

Event listen for onRollOver and onRollOut and when they are detected,
more code clears the current drawing, and then redraws the button
states.
