It should resize because we are adjusting scale, not dimensions. You can
also write code in there that target the xerte timelines _level0.engine
and _levle0.engine.rootIcon which should help you,

Thanks for the examples. I have some familiarity with AS2, so this looks
familiar.

one more question. if I use a swf file for a background image that
includes the logo and navigation backgrounds, will it resize with the
rest of the interface when the user changes the window size of the
presentation? 

I guess what I am asking is can I cheat and use one big graphic and
reposition the buttons accordingly or do I need to address each area
separately in order to allow for enlarging and reducing of the
presentation by the user?
