[Xerte] Audio/video - playing a segment of a larger file

I am interested in playing just one small piece of a large sound or video
file.

Is there a *simple* way of setting the starting point and ending point of
sound or audio file in the properties or wherever?

Otherwise, I presume I would have to go into an interaction icon or
something like that and write some code. Not a problem in the long run...
