[Xerte] All users are connected/logged with same username (Admin)

Hi all,

I did installation of new version and when I try access the Xerte, the
session is opened without I type username and password.

When I or other user try access the Xerte, all of us access the same
session without type nothing as username or password.

What could I doing wrong?
