That’s what I meant, what I’m most worried about is third party stuff from elsewhere,

Everyone who has contributed will need to sign an agreement, more on that in due course – though feel free to pipe up now if you’re not prepared to do that. Technically I think the copyright remains with you, you just agree to let Apereo redistribute the work. I have someone here from IP / Commercialisation who will  think will be in touch with you all re: agreements.

I would have written parts. Or rewritten them. I'm happy to assign copyright if necessary.

Any external libraries I would have introduced (eg zend framework?) would be licensed under a free / floss licence.
