I'm confused with database.txt as Tom said a while back we don't use it anymore?
There are tests for people to run before they install, if you pass these then it'll install.
We could make it say Drupal lean, strip loads out of it, but then people will spend an age in management getting stuff set up

We get a lot of feedback along the lines of ‘written for geeks’ re: the install guide (which, to be fair, it was, and if you can’t get on with it, should you be installing the software anyway?
