I think I may have photos of Tore too and will look them out.

There is really a need for a full obituary - I wonder if somebody would 
be in a position to write one. Whether perhaps it might be appropriate 
for the J. van Syrphidae? I suspect there might also be space in 
Dipterists Digest given Tore's standing - I will mention to Peter Chandler.
