[Reading-hall-of-fame] Wondering if other universities are in this same deal-making game with academic publishers

Sharing a piece from the UC (systemwide) library about an open access deal
with Sage for the social sciences.  The sciences are well-covered already
in the UC system.  This article also implies that Wiley and UC have cut a
deal.

Are other university library systems involved in these deals?
