[Reading-hall-of-fame] Query

This query is primarily directed to those of you outside of the United States.
Several of us are responding to editor remarks for an encyclopedia entry that will deal with theory, research, and praxis in reading and learning to learn programming and courses at the college level. We need to broaden our coverage to the degree possible beyond the U.S.A. Hence, we have several questions with which you might be able to assist us.
1. Is there a professional association in your country that focuses on postsecondary reading and learning research and praxis? This could be a special interest group in a traditional literacy association.
2. Who would be the individuals in your nation who would be considered the "go to" experts in the area of college reading and learning research and praxis.
3. Are there any texts (articles, chapters, books) published in your nation or region that are considered seminal in the coverage of research and praxis of postsecondary reading and learning to learn programming or courses.
