[Reading-hall-of-fame] Fwd: Public Comment is Open!

As you can see from the message I am forwarding from my NAEP Reading
Framework colleague, Cyndy Greenleaf, the public comment version of the
2025 NAEP Reading Framework is available for public comment, response, and
feedback. So have at it! Chapter 1 provides a good overview of the big
goals and shifts. As one moves through chapters 2-5 and into the
Achievement Level Descriptors, things become ever more specific and
detailed.

Several RHF members have been involved in crafting the Framework: Kathy
Hinchman, Peter Afflerback, John Guthrie, and myself. Karen Wixson, in her
role as Director of NAEP Reading for ETS (which has the contract for
building the actual assessment) participates as a part of the cadre of
observers from among the various NAEP Community constituencies.

Hoping you'll all take the time to respond AND to participate in one of the
Webinars.

David
