Last entry, I promise.
The other variable in this NAEd situation is that a few years back, NAEd
changed its By-Laws to set a membership cap at 300 members. Prior to that
the cap had been 200 members. That helps explain the tendency toward
larger yields in recent years (one exception--which may implicate the role
of overall pool quality)
I don't know if we have a cap on RHF membership or not. That would
certainly constrain the annual yield targets.
