Thanks for the report Jack. 
As we are wont to say down under here in the Land of Oz, "Things look bloody crook mate". (Gloss: 'The situation appears to be extremely bleak'). 
While International members  like me were aware that IRA was suffering financially, I had no idea things were so "bloody crook".  I'd noticed things such a  reduction in the traditional commitment to reaching out to and supporting  the 'International' membership,  I had no idea of how radical the 'cuts' were. There'll be a significant loss of corporate history/ memory with the loss of the positions and people you and David Reinkin identify.

We can only hope the notion that it is supposed to be an ' International' association isn't lost as well.
