[Reading-hall-of-fame] Correction re: John Manning's passing

Sorry, I mis-stated the day of John Manning's passing.  It happened on Monday, September 6th.  The funeral was held in Fall RIver, Massachusetts this past Saturday morning.  There will be a memorial gathering in Minneapolis on Friday, September 17th.  I will forward further details soon.
