[Reading-hall-of-fame] Comment from Cassidy

Hi Folks,

Maybe, we should just start from scratch, send out a new ballot: with
those who have agreed to run for president listed; with Diane Lapp's name
eliminated (she's already a member); and with Rosalind Horowitz's name
added (her name was inadvertently omitted). "Y'all" might also want to get
some consistency in the length of the biographies of those suggested.
