[RADIATE] tasks, KPI etc. list

Dear RADIATE consortium members,

In order to streamline our collaboration and avoid confusion, I have decided to move the tasks, outputs, KPIs etc. tab from the partners and budget spreadsheet. This spreadsheet which is mostly about budget remains where it was:

I have changed the sharing settings, so that only UoN members should be able to edit it. This is to avoid people making changes that change the overall budget. You should still be able to see it. If you want to change your PMs or other costs, please drop me an email.

The tasks, outputs etc spreadsheet is now a separate one that I encourage all of you to look at and work on:

I have tried to make it more intuitive, highlighting the tasks in bold and showing the link between tasks and subtasks. Please use this spreadsheet to clarify what you are planning to do. When you do so, please be as specific as possible, use as many figures as reasonable and think about required PMs, outputs, deliverables (1 per task) and KPIs.
