[RADIATE] Tasks, subtasks, deliverables, outputs, KPIs

While you are working on your WP and task descriptions, I would like to encourage you to keep our tasks, activities and outputs tab of the overall spreadsheet up to date:

Please add to all your tasks the lead organisation, the title of all sub-task, and the PM distribution. I would like the subtasks to be very clearly visible in the WP tables. Please also ensure that you have outputs, KPIs for all subtasks and define your deliverables for each task.

If any of this is unclear, please let me know. I am also more than happy to have bilateral discussions or join WP meetings where you organise those.
