Hi all,

I'm informed that the recent wifi issues following our network upgrade 
should be resolved, if you're still having trouble connecting then let 
me know.

Also, if any Mac users connected to the campus ethernet are still seeing 
802.1x login prompts, let me know about this too.

Due to AP configuration issue occured. AP rebooted issue got fixed. got 
confirmaiton from user to close

If you believe that this fault has /not/  been resolved, or if you have 
an additional question relating to this specific call, please provide 
further detail by responding to this email. If you do not respond within 
seven calendar days, your call will be automatically closed and it will 
be necessary to raise a new call.

If you are happy for the incident to remain resolved, please do not 
reply to it.
