[Astro] [CAPT] Potential desktop phone issue in CAPT following NGN migration

Hi all,

Following on from Nick's email below, Richard Woffinden of CGI has provided the following fix for the issue - it worked on my phone anyway!

Instructions: Model - Polycom IP phone.

  *   Home
  *   Settings
  *   Advanced
  *   Option 2 RESET

Dear all in CAPT,

Ella has made me aware of an issue with telephones in CAPT following the network migration yesterday; I'm not sure if this affects all telephones in CAPT at this stage.

I have raised this as an urgent matter with the NGN team.  Please don't hesitate to let me know of any other issues.
