[Astro] [CAPT] CAPT roof update

Dear all,

Apologies once again for the lack of updates on the CAPT roof situation - as many may be aware, there has been a complete information drought from Estates on this for the vast proportion of the year.

The roof has now been re-covered with a 20 year warranty system and scaffolding is being altered today to allow re-sealing works to the pyramid skylight roof tomorrow (weather dependent); once this has been completed, the scaffolding will be removed.

Fingers crossed this final work package goes smoothly, and we can look forward to CAPT looking a bit more "normal" in the very near future.
