<p class="MsoNormal">Apologies once again for the lack of updates on the CAPT roof situation – as many may be aware, there has been a complete information drought from Estates on this for the vast proportion of the year.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The roof has now been re-covered with a 20 year warranty system and scaffolding is being altered today to allow re-sealing works to the pyramid skylight roof tomorrow (weather dependent); once this has been completed, the scaffolding will
be removed.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Fingers crossed this final work package goes smoothly, and we can look forward to CAPT looking a bit more “normal” in the very near future.<o:p></o:p></p>
