[Astro] [CAPT] Heating in CAPT

Dear all.

As I'm sure you have all noticed, the heating was turned on in CAPT today. That is good news and it means the boiler works and the heating system is operational.

Unfortunately, that is where the good news ends. A leak has been identified which means the system has had to be shut down. They are working on fixing the leak as soon as possible.

At least the building is now nice and warm...
