[Xerte] video not working on mobile devices

Hi

For some reason videos in LOs will not play on mobile devices. I'm using the Video page template and working with .mp4 files.
The LOs open OK but when trying to play the videos they just hand. Same result on iphone, ipad and Android Samsung tablet.

An ideas how to fix this?
