[Xerte] XOT 1.9 .zip (changes made to trunk)

Hi,

I've installed 1.9 this morning, based on the .zip on the website.

Vaguely useful things :

1.  modules/xerte/engine/save.php - seemed to be trying to use $_POST['template_id'] which isn't defined. I've changed it in trunk to use $_POST['filename'] which is defined. I've also had to disable/comment out a DB update (changing the last modification time for the LO I think) as it's not possible to do this without the template_id.

2. Seemed to be missing /XMLEngine.swf - so playing etc of LOs wouldn't/couldn't work.
