I agree with Pat on the platform type.When I google that exact phrase almost all instances were Mac related.
If that is the exact message it is a spelling error and I would suspect virus.

Thanks folks…this is still a mystery, it happens on other machines she says yet I cannot create it logged in as her. We’ll chalk it up to solar activity for now and keep watching.
