Thanks folks…this is still a mystery, it happens on other machines she says yet I cannot create it logged in as her. We’ll chalk it up to solar activity for now and keep watching.

The error will be in the languages folder

 

I doubt I would use insufficient privileges as there is no sufficiency in xerte - just yes or no?
