For the website of XOT you would

1) copy the en-gb folder and rename it for Slovene ??-SL or sl-sl - not sure
2) Go to every file in the folder and edit it (you can use any text editor)
3) Each line is define(TERM, "words used on screen")
4) Translate the "words used on screen" part into Slovene
