Hi Tim,

All I can offer is that when it was installed at Nottingham it was on a
shared web server and a shared mysql server (the mysql wasn't on the web
server).

I would guess that most people using toolkits are probably running it on
the server they use for moodle and so the spec for moodle would be more
than enough.
